Absoloutely appauling service here. I couldn't believe it! I've never encountered anybody sooo rude!! From the moment we walked in and tried to explain the problems with our laptop we were greeted with rudeness and customer service was non existant. Desperate to get our laptop fixed we persevered, we shouldn't have. We were told our hardrive could be put into an external hardrive so we could access our old files and use it as a storage device for which we paid £35 (we later found this same caddy online for £10 and you can do it yourself!!!!!) When we got it home it didn't work! We took it back and had to leave it with him for the day because he was 'too busy'. We returned the next day and he looked at it and told us there was something wrong with the hardrive and there was nothing we could do AND refuses to give us a refund. (we were never told it may not work) He will not listen to us and when we tried to ask for a refund (with the support of trading standards) he rudely walked off into the backroom!! So we have paid £35 and are in a much worse position then when we started out. I would advise to go anywhere but here!!!!!!!!!!! Big lesson learnt here!!
